Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide from our mobile HQ—on the road with Buzzibeanz and warehouse in WA.

Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 48 hours.
• You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.

Shipping Rates:
• Flat rate shipping 3 items: $10.00 Australia-wide                                                           • Flat rate shipping 4 items: $15.00 Australia-wide                                                          • Flat rate shipping 6 items: $20.00 Australia-wide

Delivery Timeframes:
• Standard: 3–8 business days depending on your location
• Remote or rural areas may take a little longer—we’re travellers, so we get it!

Caravanning Customers:
If you're on the road too, add any special delivery notes to your order—we'll do our best to make sure it finds you! We will post to any Post Office in Australia.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of our trusted postal partners. If your parcel goes missing or is delayed, contact us—we're happy to help track it down.
