We ship Australia wide from our mobile HQ, we're often on the road with Buzzibeanz, with our stock stored in our warehouse in Western Australia. 🇦🇺

We also now ship to New Zealand! 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the move.
  • Orders are shipped using our nominated postal and delivery partners.

Shipping Rates — Australia

Our current Australia-wide shipping rates are:

  • Up to 3 items: $10.00
  • Up to 4 items: $15.00
  • Up to 6 items: $20.00

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your order.

Shipping to New Zealand

We are pleased to offer shipping to New Zealand.

New Zealand shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please note that international delivery times can vary and may be longer than Australian delivery timeframes.

Any customs duties, taxes or fees that may apply to New Zealand orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia

Standard delivery is generally 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Remote and rural areas may take a little longer, we're travellers too, so we understand that sometimes the journey takes a little longer!

New Zealand

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and postal service. Please allow additional time for international delivery.

Caravanning Customers 

If you're on the road too, we understand that your delivery address might not always be your home address!

We can post to Post Office addresses within Australia, making it easier to receive your Buzzibeanz goodies while travelling.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order leaves us, it's in the hands of our postal and delivery partners.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or goes missing, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you track it down.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as Buzzibeanz Veils cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
