We want you (and your pup!) to love your Buzzibeanz products. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds:
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:
Need a different size? Reach out and we’ll help you organise an exchange where available.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at buzzibeanzveils@gmail.com with a photo and order number—we’ll sort it out quickly.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
